Your Investment Is Multiplying!
I recently became aware of a chain of disciple-making that you generous supporters played a role in making happen. Take a look at how your investment is multiplying…

You and I, as a supporters of Legacy Shepherding Ministries, invested in a man named Michael.
Michael, who has a heart for fatherless men in the hip-hop community, invested in a man named Loic from Cameroon, Africa. Loic became a full-time missionary this year!
Loic, in turn, invested in a young African breakdancer named Joel.
Recently, Joel had a Spirit led conversation with seven young African breakdancers. By the end of the conversation, four of the young men invited Jesus into their lives.
You have not only invested in Michael. You have invested in Loic, Joel, and these four young men as well. Four generations!
This ministry is about investing in individuals who will invest in other individuals – multiplying – so that there is more love, more grace, and more redemption in this world.
More Leaders Are Now Equipped To Be Spiritual Mentors:

Eight more people recently completed Legacy Shepherding Ministries’ Mentor Training, and they are immediately putting into practice what they learned!
One example is Jeff (pictured in the photo on the right), who works as a Resident Director at Moody Bible Institute. Jeff recently led a training session entitled “Multiply Your Life” with 9 male Resident Assistants (RAs) and 36 Lead Team men, who the RAs are investing in. In his vision-casting talk, Jeff shared some of the illustrations he recently learned at Legacy Shepherding Ministries’ Mentor Training. He’s already passing on what he learned as he disciples some of these young leaders!

Soul Care – Helping Pastors Thrive in the Age of COVID-19:
Three pastors, who I mentored years ago, reached out to me in 2020/21. They were feeling the need for a tune-up after a very difficult season. As pastors during the COVID-19 pandemic, they’ve had to make many difficult decisions that couldn’t possibly please everyone. They’ve felt the grief of people leaving, people who they love, due to differing opinions on how to best handle some of today’s issues (masks, vaccines, racial issues, political divisions, etc).
One of those pastors was Jon. Here’s what Jon shared in June of 2021:
“The past 16 months have been quite a challenge for everyone, especially those in leadership. From March 2020 to December 2020, I led in the midst of one of the most divided times in American history while a worldwide Pandemic was taking place.
“As I was working hard to lead to the very best of my ability, my soul was coming undone.
“On Sunday December 13th, 2020, God spoke to me through a sermon by Tommy Bowman. God said to my heart, ‘Jon, you are hurting. Call Randy.’
“I sat with tears running down my face, realizing for the first time just how much I was hurting. It hit me like a ton of bricks. My soul was in rough shape. Of course it was! How could it not be?

“I called Randy and asked if he would begin meeting with me twice a month to help put my soul back together. He agreed. So Randy, Jesus and I went to work.
“Over the past 6 months, God has used Randy once again in my life in a tremendous way. He helped me meet with Jesus, hear from Jesus, and experience healing by Jesus. I cannot put into words how grateful I have been and continue to be for this ministry.” – Jon Peacock
Your support may keep a pastor doing what God has called them to do.
