Passing It On!
One of the keys in disciple-making is equipping people to pass on what they have received.  It’s the hope of this ministry that the people we are investing in will go out and invest in others, who will in turn go out and do the same.

A Real Life Legacy Example – Four Generations…so far!
For a number of years, this ministry invested in a woman name Andrea.

Andrea is a natural spiritual mentor, who invests regularly in numerous women.

One of the women Andrea is investing in is Grace, who was featured on last month’s video update about the struggle of infertility.

Grace in turn is investing in Julia.

And Julia is investing in Abbi.

      

Andrea is pouring into Grace who is pouring into Julia who is pouring into Abbi.  (I don’t have a picture of Abbi).

Pretty cool!  Huh?  People are catching the vision!

Leaders Grow The Most:
I’m very excited for Abbi, even though I’ve never met her, because I know she will grow immensely under the lineage of these faithful, godly women.

What excites me even more is that I believe Julia, Grace, and Andrea will most likely grow even more than Abbi does.

Leaders always seems to grow the most, if they are taking their role seriously, which I trust these ladies are.

When we step into the arena and have people counting on us to guide and help them grow, it really ups the ante and causes our own personal growth in ways we may not have foreseen.

Someone in Grace’s position, for example, has the opportunity to grow on many levels.  First, she has the opportunity to grow because she is able to have someone like Andrea help her draw closer to Jesus in deeper levels of intimacy and also help her grow personally so she may more fully identify, embrace, and live out her true identity in Christ and her kingdom purpose, removing any barriers that might get in her way.  Secondly, she may grow as she learns more about how to help Julia grow closer to Jesus and grow personally in her identity and purpose.  Thirdly, she has the opportunity to grow as she helps equip Julia so Julia may do the best job she possibly can in helping Abbi grow on her journey.

Hopefully, one day Abbi will join them in pouring into another woman, and they will all again grow even more through their increased roles in the lineage.

Four generations of women!  You go, ladies!
